Hair Accessories for Grown-ups

I’ve recently been finding myself borrowing my daughter’s hair accessories. Her headbands are fun, the perfect little accessory to keep my hair up and much more exciting than a plain black elastic. However, she is 5, and our tastes and head sizes are a bit different. This has lead me on a personal hunt for some hair accessories for grown-ups. Styles that’s chic, appropriate and blend into my style. Until now these have mostly been velvet and satin headbands from Lele Sadoughi and Anthropologie as well as some velvet scrunchies with bunny ears.

I’ve recently discovered exactly what I’m looking for. A a combination of a bow and a scrunchie in vegan leather, it’s elevated and classic. No surprise the bow scrunchie is designed by a jewelry designer, Deborah Pagani . Her hair clips and pins are beautiful jewelry for your hair. If I was more coordinated, I would most likely be after one of the hair pins as well. Until then, I’ll be putting the bow scrunchie on my Christmas list.
